CCDD 6 Board Meeting, 8-25-22

In Attendance: Dennis, Bill and JoLynne.
                                                                           

The notice for annexation needs to go out at least 10 days in advance of the hearing. The 8th is the earliest possible hearing date.

 

Written protests must be filed within 30 days of the public hearing. If sufficient protests are received, an election must be held (10 percent of landowners).

 

If an election isn’t necessary we can approve the annexation by resolution within 30 days after the protest period. The 10th would be the earliest we could do it.

 

Board members reviewed the plat map and decided on the wording of the resolution and notice of annexation.

 

Dennis moved that The Cache County Drainage District #6 formally annexes the described parcels into the district, as reflected on the accompanying Drainage District No. 6 plat map prepared by Foresight. Bill seconded. Motion carried unanimously.

Cache County Drainage District #6 Board of Trustees Minutes 7.20.23

                 Meeting July 20, 2023 07:00 PM IN attendance: JoLynne, Dennis and Eric. Brandon came at 8.     Self-evaluation  Dennis brought a form and we went through it. The answers to all the questions will be identical for 2022 and 2023. Eric will sign it and it will be sent on.       borders and annexation—Dennis said we still have questions about steps needed to complete the annexation. There is a difference of opinion between District 4, that has completed their annexation, and the engineer who surveyed both District 4 and District 6.   We may have waited too long and need to do another public hearing.   Also, Jeff of Foresight says we owe him a few hundred dollars. Meeting and Budget Hearing 12.30.24

  NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING,          CACHE COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT #6   December 30, 2024 at the Lewiston City Offices, 29 S. Main, Lewiston   6:00 PM: PUBLIC MEETING   The Cache County Drainage District #6 will hold a public meeting on December 30, 2024.   Items on the agenda include:   Closing out budget for 2024 and review of proposed budget for 2025 Discussion of drainage at 800 S and 800 E Maintenance Acquisition of APLOS software--discussion   From 7 to 7:30 pm the meeting will move to an open, public hearing.   The board meeting will reconvene after the public hearing to close and adopt the budget.
