Meeting Minutes 10.20.2020

  Minutes 10-20-20   The board discussed the timeline for holding hearings.   JoLynne said holding a hearing would require either notifying people by mail or putting an ad in the paper four times. The newspaper ad would be more expensive.   Dennis said he has done some research on whether a hearing is needed to open the budget. He handed out a copy of the budget.   On the Jan 13 meeting, they created and drafted a budget for capital projects.   It was created by transferring 18 k.   14 k were E of main and north of 1600 S   General budget was made for routine maintenance, etc.   Dennis read from the minutes of Jan 27. Describing a capital projects fund that was created to correct the problem.   The work that was done spent all but $957.50.   The general fund expenditures were budgeted at $4100.   The general fund still has $3140 in it.   After January it will have an additional $5000   Brandon said the leftover funds in the capital projects fund should be moved to the general fund in t
