Cache County Drainage District #6

  8/25/22 8:00 PM -8/25/22 9:00 PM   In Attendance: Dennis, Bill and JoLynne.                                                                             The notice for annexation needs to go out at least 10 days in advance of the hearing. The 8 th  is the earliest possible hearing date.   Written protests must be filed within 30 days of the public hearing. If sufficient protests are received, an election must be held (10 percent of landowners).   If an election isn’t necessary we can approve the annexation by resolution within 30 days after the protest period. The 10 th  would be the earliest we could do it.   Board members reviewed the plat map and decided on the wording of the resolution and notice of annexation.   Dennis moved that The Cache County Drainage District #6 formally annexes the described parcels into the district, as reflected on the accompanying Drainage District No. 6 plat map prepared by Foresight. Bill seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
