Cache County Drainage District #6

  In attendance: Dennis, Brandon, Bill, Eric, JoLynne, Robert Barlow and Mark Blair   Nobody else from the public came. The hearing closed at 8 pm.   The board will meet again to discuss a proposed budget, adopt the resolution for the annexation boundaries and plan drain maintenance for the fall. We’ll meet on Oct. 17 at 7 pm.   The board will also work on its self-evaluation.   Dennis will send JoLynne a link for the form, JoLynne will print out 5 copies and Bill will distribute it.    Brandon moved we adjourn. Bill seconded. Motion passed unanimously.  

  The Cache County Drainage District #6 Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on September 12, 2022 at 7 pm at 29 S. Main, Lewiston, to discuss the following: Whereas parcels described in the Parcel Annexation Plat Map prepared by Foresight Engineering in 2022 have received drainage services from the Cache County Drainage District #6 for more than 12 months, Be it resolved that the Cache County Drainage District #6 formally annexes the described parcels into the district, as reflected in the accompanying map.
