Brandon was nominated by Dennis and Seconded by JoLynne, motion passed Brandon nominated Dennis as treasurer, JoLynne seconded, motion passed Dennis nominated JoLynne as clerk, Brandon seconded, motion passed The board discussed doing the district’s self-evaluation and finalizing district by-laws. Board members agreed to review the by-laws and to fill out the self-evaluation before the next meeting. Dennis will bring in the profit/loss and balance sheet and we will go through it on our next meeting. The next meeting will be on Tuesday the 7 th of July at 4 pm in the City Offices. Meeting adjourned at 5:49.
