Meeting Minutes 6.30.2020

Brandon was nominated by Dennis and Seconded by JoLynne, motion passed

Brandon nominated Dennis as treasurer, JoLynne seconded, motion passed

 

Dennis nominated JoLynne as clerk, Brandon seconded, motion passed

 

The board discussed doing the district’s self-evaluation and finalizing district by-laws. Board members agreed to review the by-laws and to fill out the self-evaluation before the next meeting.

 

Dennis will bring in the profit/loss and balance sheet and we will go through it on our next meeting.

 

The next meeting will be on Tuesday the 7th of July at 4 pm in the City Offices.

 

Meeting adjourned at 5:49.

Meeting Minutes 06.14.2021

JoLynne read the minutes. Dennis moved to accept the minutes. Brandon seconded. Motion passed unanimously (Bill and Eric did not vote, since they were not there)   Dennis said he had taken the oath of Office at the county offices today. He administered the Oath of Office to all other board members and each member signed their certificate. Dennis signed them all. He will take them back to be filed at the County Clerk’s Office. JoLynne, Dennis and Brandon’s terms will expire on Dec. 31 2023. Bill’s and Eric’s will expire on Dec. 31 2024.   Dennis read the financial report for the quarter. JoLynne read the balance from the bank. There is a difference in our favor (bank balance is greater than book balance). JoLynne and Dennis will reconcile the two.   Annexation and Possible Consolidation   JoLynne reported talking to LeGrand Bitter, who recommended going to Cary Jenkins to have the map drawn and avoiding the need to have the boundaries surveyed. CCDD 6 minutes 06-06-2023

  Cache County Drainage District #6 Board of Trustees Meeting   June 6, 6:30 at 710 W 800 S   Present: Dennis Jackson, Eric Summers, JoLynne Lyon, Brandon Allen   Items on the Agenda:   1)       Finish boundaries/annexation Dennis said the papers were at his office and he will look for them. Jeff will find it if we can’t. Dennis will follow up to see what needs to happen. The board can continue without a fifth member as long as there’s not a tie vote.   The board discussed how to replace Bill Wright. Landon Hyer’s name came up, so did Stacey Early, so did Granger Haviland. We will submit names to Dave Ericson.  2) Financial report   Tyler Hinckley was paid by Dennis, but the district is unable to disburse funds so it didn’t come out of the district funds.
