Meeting Minutes 6.30.2020

Brandon was nominated by Dennis and Seconded by JoLynne, motion passed

Brandon nominated Dennis as treasurer, JoLynne seconded, motion passed

 

Dennis nominated JoLynne as clerk, Brandon seconded, motion passed

 

The board discussed doing the district’s self-evaluation and finalizing district by-laws. Board members agreed to review the by-laws and to fill out the self-evaluation before the next meeting.

 

Dennis will bring in the profit/loss and balance sheet and we will go through it on our next meeting.

 

The next meeting will be on Tuesday the 7th of July at 4 pm in the City Offices.

 

Meeting adjourned at 5:49.

JoLynne read the minutes. Dennis moved to accept the minutes. Brandon seconded. Motion passed unanimously (Bill and Eric did not vote, since they were not there)   Dennis said he had taken the oath of Office at the county offices today. He administered the Oath of Office to all other board members and each member signed their certificate. Dennis signed them all. He will take them back to be filed at the County Clerk’s Office. JoLynne, Dennis and Brandon’s terms will expire on Dec. 31 2023. Bill’s and Eric’s will expire on Dec. 31 2024.   Dennis read the financial report for the quarter. JoLynne read the balance from the bank. There is a difference in our favor (bank balance is greater than book balance).   Board of Trustees , Cache County Drainage Dist. #6 Meeting Notice Date & Time : 8/14/23 7:00 PM -8/14/23 7:30 PM Present: Dennis, JoLynne, Brandon and Eric         The Cache County Drainage District #6 Board of Trustees met to adopt a resolution finalizing its boundaries and annexation area. Brandon moved to adopt, Eric seconded, motion carried unanimously.

Meeting and Budget Hearing 12.30.24

  NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING AND PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING,          CACHE COUNTY DRAINAGE DISTRICT #6   December 30, 2024 at the Lewiston City Offices, 29 S. Main, Lewiston   6:00 PM: PUBLIC MEETING   The Cache County Drainage District #6 will hold a public meeting on December 30, 2024.   Items on the agenda include:   Closing out budget for 2024 and review of proposed budget for 2025 Discussion of drainage at 800 S and 800 E Maintenance Acquisition of APLOS software--discussion   From 7 to 7:30 pm the meeting will move to an open, public hearing.   The board meeting will reconvene after the public hearing to close and adopt the budget.
